Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

Conclusion of the contract

The representation of the products in the online shop constitutes a non-binding online catalogue, not a legally binding offer. You place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket once you have entered your personal data and clicked on the “Buy” button in the final stage of the ordering process. Confirmation of receipt of order takes place immediately after an order has been sent. The purchase agreement is concluded when confirmation of order is given or when delivery of goods takes place. You will no longer be bound by your order should you receive no confirmation of order or delivery of goods from us within three weeks.

Text of the Agreement

The text of the Agreement is stored. You may view our General Terms and Conditions on this site at any time and save them to your computer. Specific order data, the General Terms and Conditions and the terms of withdrawal will also be sent to you by e-mail.

Payment methods

We offer payment in advance and payment by PayPal. We charge a fee of 1% of the invoice amount in the case of payment by PayPal.

Delivery will take place within 21 days (as stated in the product description). In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day following the issuing of the payment order (for the full invoice amount) to the bank making the transfer. In the case of payment via cash on delivery, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after conclusion of contract and ends on the 21st day following this date. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or state-recognised public holiday at the delivery destination, this day will be replaced by the next working day.

All prices include statutory value added tax and other price components. They do not include shipping costs. Notwithstanding the above, prices for customers from Switzerland are net prices, i.e. they do not include either German or Swiss statutory VAT. Any VAT which may be incurred under Swiss law upon import into Switzerland will be charged by the Swiss tax authorities at the border and will be payable upon delivery to or collection by the customer.

Partial deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for the customer. Additional shipping costs will only be incurred if a specific agreement has been concluded.

Retention of title

Goods supplied remain our property until such time as payment has been made in full.

A guarantee is provided in accordance with the statutory stipulations. Please consult the product documentation for information on any additional manufacturer warranties which may apply.
